How Le Loft’s Full Day Access Lets You Celebrate From Noon to Midnight

getting ready venue chicago

Most Chicago venues give you four hours and a load-out deadline. We give you 11 hours, next-day pickup, and zero stress about the clock. You get Le Loft from 12 PM to 11 PM on your wedding day, with pickup from 8 AM to 10 AM the next morning. That’s enough time to get ready here, take photos before guests arrive, and celebrate without rushing.

Full Day Access Lets You Celebrate From Noon to Midnight

Le Loft gives you 11 hours from noon to 11 PM, plus next-day pickup until 10 AM. Get ready in our bridal suite, take photos in the space, host your ceremony and reception with barn door reveals, dance for three hours, then leave everything and return rested tomorrow morning.

Full day access lets couples get ready on site, take photos before guests arrive, host the ceremony and reception without rushing, and enjoy hours of dancing before leaving everything overnight. With access from noon to 11 PM and next-day pickup, the celebration follows a natural timeline instead of being compressed into a few stressful hours.

Get Ready On Site Starting at Noon

Start at noon in our bridal suite. It’s a separate space where you can do hair and makeup while your photographer shoots details. Your florist sets arrangements on the East Side. Your caterer preps in one of our two kitchenettes. By the time you’re dressed, everything’s ready without you managing it.

Take Photos in Your Wedding Space at 2 PM

By 2 PM, the loft is empty and yours for photos. First looks, wedding party portraits, or couples shots in front of the factory windows with afternoon light. You’re shooting in the same 4,800 square foot space where you’ll celebrate, so your photos actually look like your day.

Your Ceremony Space Is Already Set

We’ve already set 80 padded folding chairs on the East Side facing the factory windows. Whether you’re seating 78 guests or standing 90, the setup is done. While you exchange vows, your caterer finishes plating dinner on the West Side behind closed barn doors.

Cocktail Hour Stays in One Place

After the ceremony, guests stay on the East Side for cocktails. Bar’s already set up. Appetizers are passed. You take 20 minutes for couples portraits while the barn doors stay closed. No one’s wandering around confused.

Open the Barn Doors to Reveal Your Reception

Thirty minutes into cocktails, open the barn doors. Guests walk into the West Side and see a completely transformed space. Tables set, lighting changed, built-in dance floor ready. Two distinct rooms in one venue, no transportation needed.

Dance for Three Full Hours

Dinner at your pace. Toast when you’re ready. Then dancing from around 8 PM to 11 PM. Three hours on the dance floor with the disco ball and Sonos sound system. Events end at 11 PM on Fridays and Saturdays because we have residential neighbors, but three hours is more than most venues give you.

Leave Everything and Pick Up Tomorrow

At 11 PM, you leave. Gifts stay on the table. Florals stay put. Your dress stays in the bridal suite. Come back between 8 AM and 10 AM the next morning with coffee and a clear head. Load out when you’re rested, not exhausted at midnight. Next day pickup is included. Not an upcharge.

What’s Included in Your 11 Hours

The time from noon to 11 PM and the next day pickup are part of your rental. Also included: tables, chairs, and linens for 70 seated guests. 80 padded folding chairs, bar setup, altar arrangements, two kitchenettes, WiFi, Sonos sound system, projector, and disco ball.

What you pay separately: catering, alcohol, florals beyond our optional service, day of coordination beyond our optional add-on, and extra furniture. We allow outside catering and BYOB, so you hire who you want at your budget.

If You Need More or Less Time

Early access before noon is available for an hourly rate. Helpful for large wedding parties or complex setups. Going past 11 PM is hard. We’re at 2418 W North Ave in Logan Square with residential neighbors. Extensions aren’t guaranteed. Most couples don’t need more. A ceremony at 4 or 5 PM gives you six hours of reception. The ceremony at 6 PM still gives you five hours.

le loft female owned business

Conclusion

Le Loft is female-owned and operated by the three of us: Emily, Maggie, and Kelly. Between us, we’ve spent more than 15 years working inside Chicago weddings. We’ve been the coordinators who ran out of time for first looks, the florists setting arrangements as guests arrived, and the planners packing up long after the night ended.

That experience shaped how we built this timeline. We wanted a wedding day that allows you to get ready on site, take photos in the space you’re actually celebrating in, and move through your ceremony, cocktails, dinner, and dancing without feeling rushed.

Located just minutes from downtown and close to I-90, Le Loft offers a full-day wedding timeline designed to support the way celebrations actually unfold, not a compressed block that forces you to hurry through it.
