More Than Just a Pretty Event Rental Space
With nearly 4,800 sq feet of rental space, Le Loft showcases 12 ft ceilings, large windows, and an open floor plan. While the East side feels light, bright, and a touch more modern, the West side feels warm, homey, and moody. There are only a few competitive event rental spaces in the surrounding neighborhood, and none with a comparable floor plan, size capacity, and team with the distinct artistic skill set as our own.

OUR EVENT RENTAL SPACE INCLUDES:
In addition to Le Loft’s impressive industrial features, on the North end of the unit, there is a sectioned-off room with gorgeous morning light perfect for shooting headshots, a makeup and hair area, wardrobe, coat-check, or additional storage. There is also a bonus “Blue Room” in the rear, which can be used as a cocktail lounge, kids zone, additional seating, video village, or any other special space you might need for your event or creative production.

With 4,800 square feet of space to play with, Le Loft is an ideal location for your next production shoot. The space offers a variety of set options, so you can film more than one scene. Separate rooms are also available for HMUA and video village/ equipment storage.

Designed with creatives in mind, Le Loft is a fully functioning photography studio. With abundant natural light, various backdrops, and optional equipment rentals, we have everything you need to produce your next photoshoot, including access to our equipment reserves.
