Le Loft is a 4,800 sq ft loft in Wicker Park built for the kind of work that needs room to breathe — workshops, classes, team offsites, photo shoots, and creative productions. Floor-to-ceiling factory windows, hardwood floors, bold color-blocked walls, and two flexible sides that bend to whatever you’re running.
A Space That Actually Helps People Think
4,800 square feet, high ceilings, vintage hardwood floors, and natural light pouring in from oversized factory windows. It’s the rare room that feels productive without feeling sterile. Two distinct sides let you shape the space around your agenda:
- East Side — bright and open, ideal for group instruction, breakout brainstorming, and demos that need good light.
- West Side — warmer and moodier, with a built-in dance floor that’s just as good for an afternoon breakout or the wind-down after.
Light the room how you want, lay it out how you want, change it halfway through — we don’t mind.
Booking That Stays Out of Your Way
Le Loft rents by the hour or the day, starting at $165/hour — so a two-hour photography class and an all-day training both fit. Every booking includes:
- WiFi and a Sonos sound system
- BYOB and outside catering welcome — bring your favorite Chicago caterer or just the good coffee
- Your own vendors, or our list of trusted local partners
- Add-ons when you need them: tables, chairs, linens, and high-tops
- An optional on-site coordinator for day-of support
