More Than Just a Pretty Event Rental Space
With nearly 4,800 sq feet of rental space, Le Loft showcases 12 ft ceilings, large windows, and an open floor plan. While the East side feels light, bright, and a touch more modern; the West side feels warm and moody, and includes a large dance floor. There are only a few competitive event rental spaces in the surrounding neighborhood, and none with a comparable floor plan, size capacity, and team with the distinct artistic skill set as our own.

In addition to Le Loft’s impressive industrial features, on the North end of the unit, there is a sectioned-off room with gorgeous morning light perfect for shooting headshots, a makeup and hair area, wardrobe, coat-check, or additional storage. There is also a bonus “Blue Disco” in the rear, which can be used as a dance floor, cocktail lounge, kids zone, video village, or any other special space you might need for your event or creative production.
