Le Loft is a 4,800 square foot converted factory near Wicker Park, owned and operated by three Chicago women with over 15 years in the events industry. Female-owned and operated, we built this space for creatives, and it turns out corporate planners are some of the most creative people we work with. Color-blocked walls, hardwood floors, factory windows that pull in natural light, and two distinct sides separated by barn doors give you more layout flexibility than a hotel ballroom ever could. Make the Space Work as Hard as Your Agenda
The biggest mistake corporate planners make is treating a flexible venue like a fixed one. Le Loft has two sides, each with its own feel, and that distinction is a planning tool, not just an aesthetic choice.
Know Your Two Zones Before You Book
The East Side runs light and modern with natural tones, good for focused work sessions, presentations, or client-facing content where you want the room to feel crisp. The West Side is warmer, moodier, and built around a large dance floor that doubles as an open networking floor. The East Side holds up to 50 guests standing; the West Side holds up to 70. The barn doors between them let you control flow, noise, and program pacing.
The Sonos sound system and uplights are included with your rental. A projector and screen are available as an add-on, which makes the East Side a clean option for slides or demo content.

Our layout, complete with two kitchenettes and a bar, makes managing food and drinks throughout the day simple and efficient.
Brand Meet + Greet. For product launches or client appreciations, choose a brand-forward event. Unlike standard ‘blank slate’ rooms, Le Loft features architectural ‘bones’ and intentional color blocking that elevate your brand’s presence. It’s the perfect setting to showcase your identity in a space that feels both premium and character-filled.

One thing the best corporate events we’ve hosted have in common is a deliberate break from the agenda. Chicago has genuinely good options within a short distance of Le Loft.
Whirlyball in Bucktown is a perennial favorite for groups who want something competitive and ridiculous in equal measure. Ping Pong at Ace Bounce in the West Loop runs well for smaller groups that want something more social. The afternoon works well as a split: structured work on the East Side, informal conversation on the West Side. By 4:00, close out the agenda, activate the bar setup, and let the room shift from productive to social on its own. What’s Included and What to Plan Separately
The Sonos sound system, uplights, rotating disco ball, high-speed WiFi, two private bathrooms, two kitchenettes, bar setup, and a seating floor map are all included with your rental. Tables, chairs, and linens are available for rental. Setup is an add-on service for corporate events, subject to availability, so build that into your inquiry.
Le Loft is BYOB and allows outside catering, which gives you real budget flexibility. If you’d rather not source a caterer from scratch, our preferred vendor list includes several Chicago catering teams. Ambrosia Foods handles savory well for corporate formats. For events with more than 40 guests, event insurance is required, so factor that into your planning timeline.
The Neighborhood Makes the Day Better
Le Loft sits near North and Western, five minutes from I-90 and about fifteen minutes from downtown. Wicker Park’s six corners are close by, which means your team has coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance before and after the event. Street parking is available nearby, and rideshare is the cleaner option for larger groups.

Corporate events at Le Loft are hourly rentals. Full-day access is reserved for wedding packages. When you inquire, we’ll help you map out the right block based on your program.

Do you allow outside catering and alcohol?
