Outside catering is allowed and BYOB is allowed, which gives you budget flexibility. Bring in the caterer your team actually wants instead of settling for hotel banquet food.

The East Side is bright and modern with floor-to-ceiling factory windows, perfect for daytime workshops, presentations, or networking. The West Side is moodier with a permanent dance floor and ambiance that works well for evening celebrations.

For the full venue, we accommodate up to 78 guests for seated events (like dinners or workshops) and 99 for standing cocktail-style receptions. You can rent one side for smaller groups or both sides for larger events, and flexible flow between spaces.

The space comes with high-speed WiFi, a Sonos sound system, a projector, uplights, and a rotating disco ball. Two bathrooms and two kitchenettes are included. We provide tables, chairs, and linens, and we handle all the furniture setup before your event.

If you need additional support, we offer an on-site manager and day-of coordination as add-ons. Florals, photography, and other services are also available.

Timing and Logistics

Le Loft is available for hourly rentals for corporate events. We’re flexible with timing based on what you need. If you’re running an all day workshop, we can accommodate that. If you need evening access for a client event or team party, we can make that work too.

Events typically end by 11 PM, but we can discuss exceptions for special circumstances.

Can we bring our own AV team, or do we have to use your equipment?
We provide a projector, Sonos sound system, and uplights. If you need specialized AV beyond what’s included, you can bring your own team or rent additional equipment. Our WiFi handles video calls and streaming.

Is catering included, or do we need to arrange that separately?
You arrange catering separately. We have an open vendor policy and allow outside catering. We’ll give you our list of preferred caterers we’ve worked with, but you’re free to bring whoever you want. BYOB is also allowed.

How many people can the space hold for different event types?
