Le Loft has two sides separated by barn doors. The East Side is light and modern, while the West Side features a warm, moody ambiance with a built-in dance floor. You can rent one side or both, and the barn doors let you control the flow. Open them for a continuous floor plan during networking and meals, or close them to create breakout rooms, a private lounge, or a quiet zone for calls and focused work.

If you’re running a program with multiple sessions, this setup gives you options. Host your keynote on the West Side while the East Side holds registration and coffee. Then flip the West Side to rounds for lunch while your East Side becomes a workshop space. The flexibility is built in.

The West Side holds up to 90 guests standing, and the East Side holds up to 70 guests standing. For seated formats, we can accommodate 78 guests with tables and chairs. Our team provides a seating floor map during planning so you can visualize the layout before event day.

Full Day Access and On-Site Support

You get the space from 12 PM to 11 PM, with next-day pickup from 8 AM to 10 AM. That gives you time to load in AV equipment, set up branded materials, run a full program, and host an evening reception without rushing. An on-site manager is available upon request to coordinate vendor arrivals, assist with setup questions, and support timelines as needed.

We also offer day of coordination as an add-on. Your coordinator works with your caterer, AV tech, and any speakers or presenters to keep the program moving smoothly. If something shifts, they handle it so you don’t have to step away from your team.

What’s Included and What You Bring

Tables, chairs, and linens are included in your rental. We provide 84 padded folding chairs for theater or ceremony style seating, and we can rent an additional 42 folding chairs per side if you need more. We also include a Sonos sound system, projector, uplights, and high-speed WiFi. Two kitchenettes and two private bathrooms are available for your team and vendors.

You bring your own caterer and bar service. We allow outside catering and BYOB, and we maintain a curated list of preferred caterers who know the space well. If you’re working with a caterer who hasn’t been to Le Loft before, we’re happy to schedule a site visit so they can plan their setup.
