Le Loft sits in a converted factory on the edge of Logan Square and Bucktown. Exposed brick walls, factory windows that let in tons of light, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. It’s the kind of place that looks good in photos without trying too hard.
We’ve got two sides separated by barn doors. The West Side has a permanent dance floor and darker, moodier lighting. The East Side is brighter and works better for eating and talking. You can rent one side for smaller groups or both for bigger celebrations up to 99 people.
The best part? You’re not stuck in one configuration. Set up dinner on the East Side, then open the barn doors to reveal the dance floor on the West Side when it’s time to party. Or keep both sides open all night and let people move between them.

We’re BYOB, and you can bring in any caterer you want. That taco place everyone loves? Bring them. Your aunt who makes the best cake? Perfect. A bartender who’ll make custom cocktails? We’ve got a bar setup ready.
If you want help, we work with caterers like Vendador, Mike Ponzio, and Cooking with Cuellar, who know the space. But you’re not required to use them. We provide the kitchenettes and bar area. You decide what gets served.

What to Know Before Booking a Chicago Loft for Your Birthday
Capacity: Up to 99 guests standing or 78 seated. The space includes both our East and West sides, connected by barn doors, giving guests room to flow between the dance floor, lounge areas, and conversation spaces.
What’s Included: Tables, chairs, linens, two bathrooms, two kitchenettes, WiFi, sound system, projector, uplights, disco ball. We set everything up before you arrive.
Hours: Events can go until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
Getting There: Near North and Western Avenue. Public transit is nearby. Free street parking, but rideshare is easier for bigger groups.
